Heidi

I started out in the veterinary industry 31 years ago as a trainee veterinary nurse. Following a career break to have two children, I returned to the industry working on reception, progressing to head receptionist and then practice manager in Kent. In 2018 I relocated with my family to Norfolk and joined Three Rivers as Practice Director 2021. I love looking after our huge team of staff, motivating and encouraging them to ensure we provide the best level of care for all of our clients. Outside of work I love still discovering new areas of the county, alongside foreign travel whenever possible. At home I have a tribe of cats who keep me on my toes.
