Practice Closure

We are saddened to announce that Three Rivers Vets in Mulbarton will permanently close on 29^th February 2024.

However, the team at Three Rivers Vets in Norwich, Poringland or any of our other 3 branches would love to welcome you and your pet(s) from now on. You can expect the same level of expertise and support from them. They will have full access to our clinical records to ensure continuity of care, and you will continue to receive reminders for appointments and other regular communications as per usual.

If you have a future appointment booked at Mulbarton, a team member will be contacting you shortly to rebook this for you.

Staying with Three Rivers Vets means:

• Any medical history will be automatically available
• Online payment facility will continue
• Out-of-hours care will be at Norwich Night Vets as usual   

Third-party providers will have access to your data to ensure we continue to provide veterinary care. To understand more about how we process your data please see our privacy notice on our website. Our systems and services, including Pet Health Club benefits and patient records, will be available at either the Norwich or Poringland branches, meaning you can rest assured there will be no disruption to your pet’s care.

Should you not wish to be transferred to another branch, please get in touch with us as soon as possible to enable us to provide a copy of your pet(s) clinical records to an alternative veterinary practice.
